Candy Cane Christmas Advent Calendar

Since I had to send the previous Jolly Holiday Match Box Advent Calendar in to Stampin' Up! I wanted one for myself to fill. This is one I made with the DSP Candy Cane Christmas.

I am thinking of making one of these in the same colour of that "Little Blue Box" to give hints to my Husband to fill...

Jolly Holiday Match Box Advent Calendar

I made and sent this Jolly Holiday Match Box Advent Calendar for a Stampin' Up! Christmas Contest. This Advent Calendar is perfect for storing something special for the days leading up to Christmas. You could put chocolate in each of the drawers, or I suggested to my Husband that he could put jewelry in each of them for me to open!

Happy Birthday!

I originally had this card all cut out for a previous demo that I was going to do at a meeting, but it got cancelled. Then the DSP got retired, so I had to come up with some current DSP. There will be a lucky person receiving this when they celebrate their birthday this month.

3 D Box

While I was in Edmonton, I spent a day with my cousin, Christina.  We cropped for about 8 hours.  We made cards and small 3 D items.  Here is one 3 D item that I made.  It holds cards in the clear pockets.  Come back each day this week to check to see the cards that I made for the box.

Under the Stars

I got this idea from fellow SU Demo; Elaine Paget.  She is known as our 3D Queen of our group.  To make this, you use 3 x 4 inch squares.  I used the Good Morning Sunshine DSP with Under the Stars stamp set.

Walk in the Park with Beautiful Butterflies

Ali Edwards is another favorite Scrapbook Guru I find inspiring.  I recall seeing this post a while ago and thought it would be a nice project to make.  When Stampin' Up came out with this butterfly die, I knew it would be the perfect project to make.  I used the new Walk in the Park DSP along with the half pearls from the Pretties Kit.  Hope you like my version.

Raspberry Tart Wreath

On Sunday, I went to a local scrapbook store to look around.  When I was leaving, I noticed a wreath that was made with scrapbook paper.  After looking at it, I wanted to make one, so I went to get the styrofoam circle and cut strips from the Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper.  I will probably be giving this to my Stampin' Sister, Rhonda for her upcoming birthday.  Hopefully she doesn't see this as she doesn't check out my blog on a regular basis.  Enjoy!

Scallop Envelope Box

Here is another Scallop Envelope box I made.  This one has no lid as I folded down the envelope flaps to create a scallop around the edges.  I tied some satin ribbon around the box for embellishment.
